Operation: Children is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Corporation, with an all-volunteer staff. Every dollar donated goes directly to better the lives of children in Los Angeles County. Our primary focus is to assist the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in finding loving, adoptive parents for hard-to-place children in need of a permanent home.
